  1. Records Held by Elevate IT Systems

We maintain records on the following subjects:

  • Internal Records: Financial, human resources (staff contracts), and operational records.

  • Client Records: Service level agreements, project documentation, and support tickets.

  • IT Infrastructure: Asset registers, client infrastructure details

  1. Processing of Personal Information (POPIA) In accordance with POPIA, we process personal information for the following purposes:

  • To perform duties in terms of a contract with a client.

  • To manage employee relationships.

  • To ensure the security of our physical and digital environments.

Categories of Data Subjects: Employees, clients, suppliers, and website visitors.

Recipients of Personal Information: We may share information with statutory bodies or third-party IT service providers (Operators) as required for service delivery.

  1. How to Request Access

To request access to a record, the requester must submit the request via email. The request must be submitted to the Information Officer at info@elevateit.co.za

A request fee may be payable before the request is processed.
